Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates and Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days
  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order dispatches.

3. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. If your order is undeliverable, it will be returned to us at your expense.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress. For questions about tracking, contact your carrier directly.

5. Delivery

Delivery times begin after your order ships, not from the order date. Customs clearance and local delivery may affect international delivery times. Customs fees or duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Document the damage with photos
  • Contact us at tovette.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and tracking information
  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim or arrange a replacement

7. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If you refuse delivery or your package is undeliverable, return shipping costs may apply. We will contact you to arrange a solution.

8. Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. This is available as an optional add-on at checkout.

9. Limitations

Tovette is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Packages lost by carriers
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
