Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Item is in original condition with all tags attached
- Item is in original packaging
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email tovette.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Include photos of the item and packaging if applicable
- We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping so you can monitor your return.
Ship your return to the address provided in our return authorization email. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the return process above
- Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at tovette.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We may request the damaged item be returned for inspection
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
9. Return Address
Return address will be provided in your return authorization email. Do not return items without first contacting us.
